Reliable exhibit partner

This was my third time using Freeman for our trade show needs. We always get the custom exhibit construction and material handling. They're consistently reliable. This time, our graphic printing was a bit delayed getting to the warehouse, but they still managed to get it installed perfectly before the show. It's why we keep coming back; you know what you're getting.

Good value on exhibit rental

First time using Freeman for a smaller show. I was really focused on getting the best deal. I ordered our basic exhibit rental and some furniture during the early bird window, which saved us a good chunk. I saw the show site pricing later, and I was glad I jumped on the advance order. It definitely felt worth the purchase; we got a decent setup without breaking the bank.

Fantastic experience!

I absolutely loved using Freeman for our event production! We went with them for stage design and video walls, and everything looked amazing. The team was so responsive, and it made the whole process stress-free. I will definitely use them again for future events!

Booth setup and support

I used Freeman for a modular exhibit at a recent trade show. The online portal for ordering services was pretty straightforward, though it took a bit of digging to find the exact details on electrical services needed. We ordered the modular exhibit, electrical, and lead retrieval. The exhibit itself arrived on time and the setup crew was efficient. They had our booth ready before the show floor opened. Lead retrieval worked as expected. My main critique would be the clarity on pricing for additional services; it felt like a few things were less transparent than they could have been. Overall, the quality of the exhibit was good, and the onsite support was helpful when we had a question about the internet connection. It was a solid experience, but improved clarity on the service manual would be a plus.

What's the deal with Freeman's return policy if I rent a bunch of furniture and then my event gets canceled? Is it a nightmare?

I Ian W. 2 weeks ago
i think you'd need to check the specific contract for your rentals. it usually depends on how close to the event date you cancel.

Returns were pretty straightforward for me last year when a smaller event got axed. Just follow their process outlined in the agreement, there usually are deadlines for full refunds or partial credit.

What's the best way to avoid all those late order fees with Freeman? They always seem to pop up if you're not super early.

L Linda E. 2 weeks ago
Order EVERYTHING way ahead of time. Like, check the exhibitor manual and mark those early bird deadlines on your calendar with big red circles. That's the only way.

Seriously, just order online and before the advance pricing deadline. That's how I save like 10-30% usually. The fees for ordering onsite are brutal.

I'm setting up a booth in Vegas next month, does anyone know how long shipping usually takes for their rentals to get there? Trying to figure out my timeline.

S Sam J. 2 weeks ago
Shipping times can really vary based on what you're getting and when you order. Best to check the exhibitor manual for your specific show, it usually has all those deadlines.

For Vegas, it's pretty standard, but definitely look at the show's service kit. They usually have cut-off dates for advance shipments. If it arrives late to their warehouse, you might get hit with extra fees.

Hey, anyone know if Freeman actually does promo codes? Trying to save a buck on my next booth setup.

K Katie Mitchell 1 month ago
Nah, pretty sure they don't do public promo codes. It's all about those early bird deadlines, that's how you get the savings.

Yeah, I've never seen a real promo code from them. Just gotta order early, like way before the show, to get the best price. That's the 'discount' with them, afaik.

are their 'official contractor' claims legit? Or are there other options for stuff like drayage at big shows?

J Jacob Parker 6 days ago
If they say they're the official contractor, it usually means they have the exclusive for things like drayage. You pretty much have to use them for that.

Yeah, for drayage and electrical, if they're the official, you're kinda stuck with them. You can sometimes bring in outside vendors for other stuff like AV, but always check your event rules first.
